Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sbrilli joined the CrossLink Executive Team in February 2012 bringing with him 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry; including 21 years at HSBC where he served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of HSBC Taxpayer Financial Services (formally Household Finance) managing accounts such as H&R Block, Jackson‐Hewitt, Liberty Tax, and many large independents. During this time, HSBC was the largest bank processor in the marketplace with 16.5 million RTs representing over $40 billion in loans per year.
Mr. Sbrilli holds a B.A. in History from the College of New Jersey and MBAs in Marketing and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
Stephanie Tesfazghi
Chief Executive Officer
Stephanie Tesfazghi is the Chief Financial Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Stephanie is committed to applying experience and knowledge to grow the company’s bottom line. She is constantly driving the CrossLink Team to have a mindset of continuous improvement to streamline process in an effort to enhance internal and external end user experiences. Stephanie holds a Florida CPA license and has 15+ years in accounting for both public and private companies. She loves the beach and can be found paddle-boarding with her family on the weekends.
Stephanie holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Brett Klutch
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer
Brett Klutch is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Knowing that the tax industry is made up of ambitions and entrepreneurial individuals, Brett believes that it is our obligation to provide them with quality products and services that enable them to reach their goals. He has 25+ years in the Financial Services Industry where he has held senior roles in banking, insurance, consumer lending, and mortgage lending. He has spent the last 7 years with CrossLink. Brett is an avid golfer and can be found on one of Central Florida’s many courses during his free time.
Brett holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
Josh Daniel
Chief Technology Officer
Josh Daniel is the Chief Technology Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Josh is passionate about building innovative tax solutions that enable our partners and EROs to grow their business while facilitating the needs of their clients. He has over 20 years of software development and engineering experience and 13 years leading, growing, and managing software development teams. When his schedule allows, you can find Josh enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, cycling, and skiing.
Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a M.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno.
John Amaya
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
John Amaya is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. John believes in the value of providing independent tax businesses the tools to successfully compete in their marketplace – while also providing their taxpaying clients the solutions they need. He has 25+ years as a technology marketer, including the past 16 years with CrossLink. In his free time, John serves as a local Little League Baseball coach and enjoys surfing with his family.
John is a U.S. Army Veteran and holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Denise McFarlane
Vice President Administration
Denise McFarlane is the Vice President of Administration at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Denise works to build long-term customer relationships based on trust and industry knowledge. Over the past 20 years with CrossLink, she has positioned her team as one of the industry’s leading resources for helping customers to register with their banks, while also helping those same customers to understand and stay within banking guidelines. Denise enjoys traveling with her family and spending time at home in her garden where she grows ingredients for her culinary endeavors.
Denise studied Business at San Joaquin Delta College.
Kathryn Reyes
Chief Human Resources Officer
Kathryn Reyes is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Dedicated to creating a strong corporate culture, Kathryn leverages her 20+ years in Human Resources to empower and motivate employees to realize their full potential. She holds multiple Human Resources certifications, including a SHRM-SCP. She and her family are active in auto-racing and when not found at the race track are at the baseball diamond or football field.
Kathryn is currently completing her B.S. in Business Administration / Human Resource Management at Purdue University.
Scott Henley
Vice President Information Technology
Scott Henley is the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Scott is a strong advocate for ensuring that our technology is always moving forward and innovative while, at the same time, remaining extremely secure. He has 25+ years in IT, beginning with his time in the U.S. Navy where he worked on network and server infrastructure on large naval ships around the world, as well as extensive experience with technology leaders such as PayPal where he was the #24 employee hired. Today, Scott and his family volunteer at their church and spend free time enjoying the outdoors and rooting for the Dodgers.
Scott is a U.S Navy Veteran.
